In Person Coaching Options
1. Train with me in your home or outdoors (at a park or sports field): 1-on-1 training at $140/hour
Train from the comfort of your home or outdoors in the sun with equipment Drew has and can transport or that you have in your home.
1-5x per week options.
This comes with a 4-week personalized strength & conditioning program suited to your needs.
Also Included: Utilization of an app for daily wellness check-ins, programming, and nutrition support (if applicable).
What does a typical Strength and Conditioning session look like?
60-120 minute session
PREP: Start off with prep work including foam rolling, corrective exercises, mobility, activation, and warm-up.
WORK: The strength and/or conditioning part of the program. Includes weightlifting, speed and agility, sprint work, cardio, movement patterns, and anything else we can work on together.
Recovery: Stretching, Hyperice modalities, foam rolling, etc. This is up to your preference.
A full session can be devoted to recovery if needed!
Small to Large Group Training available for those who have similar characteristics and goals!
Nutrition Coaching Add-On: $200/month
This includes a customized nutrition plan based on your goals, wants, and needs. It includes caloric and macronutrient needs, a calorie and macro breakdown of what your typical meals look like, and example days for you to build off of.
We will discuss strategies to stay on your path and how to overcome obstacles and setbacks as they come.
Utilization of an app for continued monitoring.
Optional: Comes with a food scale to help you understand calories in foods!
2. Train with me at Method Health Club (Ashburn, VA): $99/month membership fee:

The training sessions would be similar to those described above! 30, 60, or 90 minute options.
Access to all of the amenities that the Club has to offer including state of the art TechnoGym equipment, racks, dumbbells, Sauna, Hyperice devices, classes offered, InBody reports, movement exams, and more.
1-on-1, partner training, small group training, and large group training options.
Team Trainings
We can utilize state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness spaces, outdoor turf areas, and more to develop speed, agility, quickness, strength, and conditioning for your sports team!
This is great for team camaraderie and overall athletic development.
3. Soccer-Specific Training: $150/hour
60-minute session
Includes warm-up and technical skill development according to level and position.
Can include speed, agility, strength, and conditioning if desired.
We will find a location together that suits you to train at!
