From the professional soccer field to the world of fitness and performance coaching, my journey has always been fueled by a passion for human potential. As a former Major League Soccer (MLS) player, 3x NCAA champion at Stanford University, and current Captain for Loudoun United FC, I’ve spent years pushing my body to its limits, inspiring others, and learning firsthand what it takes to optimize strength, endurance, and recovery at the highest level.
Beyond my experience as a professional athlete, I’ve worked closely with physical therapists, performance specialists, and nutrition experts, gaining a deep understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and peak performance strategies.
My playing experience and academic foundation has equipped me with the knowledge to help individuals enhance their athletic performance, build strength, and achieve long-term health goals.
Whether you're an athlete striving to elevate your game or someone looking to improve overall fitness, my goal is to provide expert coaching, science-backed training methods, and a mindset of excellence and grit to help you reach your full potential. One of my favorite things in life is seeing those who put in time and effort thrive in their daily lives and become the best, happiest version of themselves. This is why I’ve started Skundrich Health & Performance – to help you achieve those goals.
